From Reid’s, “Accepting Help Tarot Spread.” I know. It’s hard to ask for help when all your life experience up to this point has shown you that you can’t rely on anyone but yourself (and maybe a select few people. And sometimes, not even them.). All I can say is, no person is an island. Sometimes, we really do need help. If not asking for help is a pattern of behavior for you, or if you’re in a situation where you really do need to ask for help but can’t bring yourself to do it, let’s explore that. Just being here, acknowledging your struggle, is a huge step toward asking for help. I honor and hold space for your courage.
